I. Salaried clients

Last 2 years W-2’s
Pay stubs to cover the most recent 30-day period
Copies of all pages of the last 3 months of bank statements
Copies of all pages of last quarterly statement for investments, 401K etc.
Names, address, and phone numbers for employers for last two years

II. Self-employed clients

Last two years Federal income tax returns, (corporate and personal) with all schedules, signed.
Year-to-date profit and loss statement (current to last complete)
Copies of all pages of the last 3 months of bank statements
Copies of all pages of last quarterly statement for investments, 401K etc.

III. If applicable

Copies of all leases on all rental properties currently owned
Contract for purchase of property being financed
Names, addresses and phone numbers of landlords for past two years
Canceled earnest money check
Copy of separation agreement or divorce decree
Copy of new job letter (signed)
