Mike is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina and attended UNC-Chapel Hill. He has family and friends living in the triangle and surrounding areas. Since joining IMS in 2002, Mike currently resides in Chapel Hill with his wife, Gretchen, and their three small children. Gretchen is a First grade teacher in the Chapel Hill/Carrboro School District.
As a Mortgage Planner, Mike is committed to searching for, finding and recommending the loan program that is “right” for you. He believes every mortgage experience is unique. By taking the necessary time to research available loan programs, with your situation and personal goals in mind, he finds the mortgage that fits your needs. Having access to a variety of lenders equips him with a broad range of loan programs. Mike’s goal is to ensure that your mortgage experience is a positive one. By personalizing each situation, he will thoroughly explain the entire loan process and your options.
Prior to meeting your in person, Mike can pre-qualify or pre-approve you over the phone. He communicates and works closely with Realtors to ensure that all the obligations are met (as per the “contract”), which ensures and enables the closing to take place on time.
