 John Sellars, Mortgage Planner
John was born in Burlington, NC. He attended the Burlington City Schools and graduated from the University of NC-Cbapel Hill in Politics and Education.
He began his work career with the N.C. Administrative Office of the Courts as a Counselor in Orange County. He later worked for the Public Schools and the NC Community Colleges throughout the state in counselor and teacher capacities. He made a career change later and worked at UNC-CH and NCSU as a Human Resources Job Analyst.
John eventually went back to work with the NC AOC and finished his career in State Government as a Business Planning Analyst. His interest in real estate and finance led him to become a mortgage loan officer in Raleigh, NC. After working with different mortgage brokerages and learning the mortgage business over the past 7 years, John began work with IMS, Limited in the beginning of 2008.
With all of the changes in the mortgage industry over the past 12 months, John is happy to be working with a solid and solvent mortgage company like Integrated Mortgage Strategies, Ltd.
