| A native Chapel Hillian, Rick is a graduate of the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University with an academic concentration and MBA degree in Finance. So it's no surprise that when he established IMS, he brought along the analytical zeal common to most top business school graduates. Before founding IMS, he was Chief Financial Officer of a firm that specializes in technology consulting. Rick's commitment to customer satisfaction begins with listening to and defining the needs of each customer as an individual or family, and extends to staying in touch after the transaction to explore improved financing strategies as those needs change. | |||||||
